Flutterbee Creations, its owners & representatives (hereafter referred to as Flutterbee Creations) retain the right to withdraw and/or cancel any services or products and to make financial transactions as agreed upon at the time your order is placed.
Customer agrees to hold Flutterbee Creations harmless in the event of shipping delays, information errors or website downtime.
A non-refundable deposit will be required for all custom made products. Cancellations will not be allowed on custom made products. Items must be paid in full prior to shipping.
In the event a product has sold out and cannot be offered again within a reasonable time frame, the customer will be notified and offered a similar item or a refund of the purchase price of the item.
Non-customized orders cannot be cancelled once shipping labels have been created.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, federal guidelines prohibit us from accepting returns . If you have problems with a product, please contact us. We will make every effort to correct the problem.
